Steps to get registered:
1. Click link to complete Admission test $35
Enrollment application $75 fees

2. Eligibility requirements: Must have high school diploma for the following programs listed below:
CCMA, CPhT, CBCS, CPT
No diploma required for CNA
3. Must have and submit copy of photo ID and Social Security card
4. Submit recent Background Check Document
5. Submit down payment on Day of Orientation via Money Order
